Steps in the process of building your project

  • Initial Meeting - We will discuss your project, listen to your ideas, take         measurements and present our company
    information
  • We will furnish proposed design for your review and make any changes that you
    request
  • We meet with you to provide a first cost estimate
  • We tour your project with the subcontractors for a site inspection. The cost estimates is finalized and a work agreement
    is proposed
  • Pre-Construction Meeting. Based on the agreed upon design our agreement is     finalized
  • Construction Begins - You will have one of our owners as your
    project manager
  • We will continue to communicate job progress, listen to your ideas, and answer questions as the project advances.
  • Final walk through - Project is complete
  • You complete a reference letter
