We had Jim and Carson Cressman remodel our basement in the fall of 2004. They
were very professional, did an outstanding job and were priced very competitively.
They were very patient with our questions and making changes and were great
guys to work with. I have seen many basement remodels and often it seemed like
they weren't well thought out or poorly planned. Jim and Carson's work looks very
professional and has added a lot of value to our home.

3R Services built us a three room addition (bedroom, bathroom, dinning
room) from the foundation up. They also sided the existing house and garage,
re-built the front porch railing, installed a new front picture window, installed a
new garage door,
remodeled our kitchen and built a covered deck . They take pride in
their work and it shows in the final product. As happens, we made
changes along the way. Jim is very good about communicating price
changes when deviating from the original quote. We would definitely
recommend 3R Services.
